    The cast aluminum electric heater uses a tubular electric heating element as the heating element and is bent into shape. This enters the mold and uses high-quality metal alloy materials as the shell to centrifugally cast into various shapes, including round, flat, right-angle, air-cooled, water-cooled, irregualar and other special shapes. After fine processing, it can fit closely with the heated body. The surface load of the cast aluminum electric heater can reach 2.5-4.5w/cm2, and the maximum working temperature is between 300-450°C; the surface load of the cast copper electric heater can reach 3.5-5.0w/cm2, and the maximum working temperature is between 500-600°C; the surface load of the cast iron electric heater can reach 4.5-6.0w/cm2, and the maximum working temperature is between 550-700°C.

    Installation&Service

    Precautions for Using Cast Aluminum Electric Heater:

    1. The working voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated value; the relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 95%; there shall be no explosive and corrosive gases.

    2. The wiring part shall be placed outside the heating layer and the insulation layer, and the outer shell shall be effectively grounded; avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media and moisture; the lead wire shall be able to withstand the temperature and heating load of the wiring part for a long time, and excessive force shall be avoided when tightening the wiring screws.

    3. The metal casting heater shall be placed in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1MQ due to long-term placement, it can be baked in an oven at about 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours to restore to normal. Or reduce the voltage and heat it until the insulation resistance is restored.

    4. The metal casting heater shall be positioned and fixed, and the effective heating area must be tightly fitted with the heated body. It is strictly forbidden to burn it empty. When dust or contaminants are found on the surface, they should be cleaned and used in time to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening the service life.

    5. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet of the electric heating tube should be avoided from pollutants and moisture infiltration in the place of use to prevent leakage accidents.
