China Suppliers Horizontal Vertical Cabinet Vacuum Calciner Factory for Optimal Chemical Fiber Component Cleaning

The Vacuum Calciner is a cutting-edge cleaning solution designed specifically for chemical fiber components and filter elements. This advanced equipment is ideal for cleaning both standard and shaped spinnerets used in the production of polyester, nylon, and polypropylene fibers, as well as for fine and ultrafine denier spinneret assembly housings. Manufactured in China, our Vacuum Calciner stands out among suppliers by offering superior performance compared to traditional cleaning methods such as calcination, fluidized bed cleaning, TEG alcoholysis cleaning, and salt bath cleaning, One of the key advantages of our Vacuum Calciner is its sealed chamber design, which creates a vacuum and limits fresh air supply, allowing chemical fiber polymers to undergo cracking and coking in a low-oxygen environment. This innovative technology effectively eliminates issues related to open flames, excessive temperatures, and indoor pollution commonly found in conventional cleaning processes. The chamber temperature is meticulously controlled within the specified process range, ensuring that cleaned components feature smooth spinneret holes and maintain their pristine surface condition, In addition, the pressure applied to filter elements during the vacuum cleaning process is considerably lower than that of TEG alcoholysis cleaning methods, resulting in a significantly extended service life for cleaned filter components. The low oxygen content within the vacuum chamber further safeguards the metallographic structure of the workpieces, preventing damage and oxidation while preserving their original metallic luster, As a leading factory in China, we enable users to customize their cleaning procedures based on specific process requirements, making our Vacuum Calciner the optimal choice for enhancing operational efficiency in the chemical fiber industry. Choose our reliable solutions from trusted suppliers to achieve impeccable cleaning results

    Vacuum Calciner Working Principles

The vacuum calcining furnace utilizes the characteristics of chemical fiber polymers that can melt at around 300℃, crack and coke when isolated from air above 300℃, and produce a variety of cracking products. Above 400℃, in the presence of a small amount of oxygen and a certain vacuum condition, they can be completely oxidized.

    1. Thermal Melting Phase

Taking advantage of this characteristic, the workpiece is first heated to around 300℃, so that the large amount of polymer on the workpiece surface melts and flows into the waste collection tank at the bottom, leaving only a small amount of polymer and ash in the micropores on the workpiece surface.

    2. Vacuum Oxidation Phase

At this time, the furnace temperature is raised to 400-500℃ (the temperature can be set according to process requirements), and the vacuum pump is turned on and a small amount of air is introduced to fully oxidize the remaining polymer to produce carbon dioxide and water.

    3. Scrubbing & Discharge

The ash and water vapor floating in the furnace are sprayed and washed by the vacuum pump through a water spray scrubber and then pumped out of the furnace and carried away by water.

    Environmental Performance

The entire working process does not emit any polluting gas, and the smoke and ash are discharged outdoors. Even if discharged outdoors, only a small amount of carbon dioxide is discharged, and the ash carried away by the water is also very small.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What is the basic working principle of the vacuum calcining furnace?

It utilizes the characteristics of chemical fiber polymers to melt at around 300℃, crack/coke when isolated from air, and fully oxidize at temperatures above 400℃ under vacuum conditions with a small amount of oxygen.

Q: What happens during the initial 300℃ heating stage?

The workpiece is heated to around 300℃, causing the polymer on the surface to melt and flow into the waste collection tank at the bottom. This leaves only a small amount of polymer and ash in the micropores of the workpiece.

Q: How is the remaining polymer completely removed from the micropores?

The furnace temperature is raised to 400-500℃. A vacuum pump is activated, and a small amount of air is introduced to fully oxidize the remaining polymer, converting it into carbon dioxide and water.

Q: How are the ash and water vapor processed during calcination?

The floating ash and water vapor in the furnace are sprayed and washed by the vacuum pump through a water spray scrubber, then pumped out of the furnace and carried away by water.

Q: Is the vacuum calciner environmentally friendly?

Yes, the process does not emit polluting gases. Only a minimal amount of carbon dioxide is discharged outdoors, and the ash carried away by the washing water is extremely small.
