China Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank Factory - TEG Solution Cleaner from Reliable Suppliers

,

The cleaning tank, manufactured by a leading factory in China, features a robust stainless steel cylindrical body that is filled with triethylene glycol (TEG) solution. This advanced design includes a cooling jacket positioned outside the tank to effectively cool the TEG solution post-cleaning. Insulation between the cooling jacket and the outer cladding enhances energy efficiency. Additionally, the tank is equipped with essential components such as a heater mounting port, a waste discharge outlet, and an inlet and outlet for jacket cooling water.

,

The lid and condenser, also crafted from high-quality stainless steel, ensure optimal performance. Cooling water circulates through the condenser, effectively condensing the vaporized TEG, which subsequently returns to the cleaning tank. A secondary condensation recovery unit captures a small portion of the vaporized TEG, minimizing TEG consumption, reducing environmental impact, and promoting safe working conditions at normal pressure and high temperatures. Partner with trusted suppliers in China to enhance your cleaning processes with our innovative tank solutions.

    Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank Introduction

    Electric Heating

A flanged stainless steel heater directly inserted into the TEG solution for heating, using a "Y" connection.

    Basket

Holds the parts being cleaned. We can design and manufacture custom parts to meet specific requirements.

    Control System

Automatically controlled by a Japanese "Fuji" temperature controller. The main circuit is controlled by a solid-state relay with an over-temperature alarm. The operating time is adjusted by a time relay. Once the designated operating program is entered into the instrument, the equipment automatically operates without manual intervention and automatically shuts down at the end of the program.

    Cleaning Process

    Step 1: Parts Loading

Parts contaminated with synthetic fiber and polymers are placed in the basket and placed in the cleaning tank when the TEG solution reaches room temperature or before it reaches 100°C.

    Step 2: Heating & Boiling

The temperature is then raised while the condenser is opened to supply cooling water. The parts being cleaned are allowed to boil in the cleaning tank for several hours. After cooling to 100°C, the furnace lid is opened and the parts are removed.

    Step 3: Post-Rinsing & Drying

After draining the TEG solution, the parts are then rinsed in an alkaline solution, then rinsed with water, and then ultrasonically cleaned. The qualified parts are blown dry with compressed air or dried in an oven and packaged for later use.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: How is the heating system designed in the cleaning tank?

The tank utilizes electric heating, featuring a flanged stainless steel heater directly inserted into the TEG solution using a "Y" connection configuration.

Q2: Can the cleaning basket be customized for specific parts?

Yes, while the standard basket holds the parts during the cleaning process, custom baskets can be designed and manufactured to meet your specific application requirements.

Q3: Does the system require manual control during operation?

No, the equipment is fully automated. Once you input the designated operating program into the Fuji controller, the system operates without manual intervention and shuts down automatically when the program finishes.

Q4: At what temperature should parts be loaded into the TEG solution?

Parts contaminated with synthetic fiber and polymers should be placed in the cleaning tank when the TEG solution is at room temperature or before it reaches 100°C.

Q5: What are the post-cleaning steps after the TEG solution boil?

After draining the TEG solution, parts undergo an alkaline rinse, a water rinse, and then ultrasonic cleaning. Finally, they are blown dry with compressed air or dried in an oven before packaging.
