The continous vacuum brazing furnace/kiln/oven mainframe is a horizontal, single-chamber structure, which consists of a vacuum furnace body, front and rear furnace covers, a heating chamber, a vacuum system, an air charging system, a pneumatic system, a water cooling system, an electrical control system, etc.
● The furnace body is a double-layer cylindrical structure, and cooling water is introduced into the interlayer;
● The heating system includes a stainless steel shell, a full metal heat insulation screen, a heater and a material table;
● The vacuum system is designed and configured with an imported vacuum pump according to the requirements of the ultimate vacuum degree;
● Closed cooling water circulation system;

Installation&Service
1. To ensure smooth transmission, reduce transmission friction coefficient and noise, and increase the service life of each transmission part of brazing furnace. In order to reduce friction resistance and load during mesh belt transmission, the mesh belt should be equipped with belt support tracks outside the furnace, and slide on it. Reduce the contact surface of the mesh belt and reduce the friction coefficient. Consider installing an adjustable rolling tensioning device at the lower inlet and outlet of the mesh belt.
2. All welds of brazing furnace are flat and penetrated, and slag inclusion and leakage welding are not allowed. The muffle and water jacket are tested for sealing air pressure leakage to ensure sufficient strength and sealing.
3. Considering the cooling effect, the inlet and outlet water pipes and water collection tanks should be equipped with appropriate calibers, and a main branch manual valve should be set to facilitate adjustment to reduce or increase the water flow.
4. Ensure the overall quality of the production line, the transmission of each transmission part is flexible, easy and stable, the connection part is firmly sealed, and the control part is safe and reliable.
