    product introduction

    The continous vacuum brazing furnace/kiln/oven mainframe is a horizontal, single-chamber structure, which consists of a vacuum furnace body, front and rear furnace covers, a heating chamber, a vacuum system, an air charging system, a pneumatic system, a water cooling system, an electrical control system, etc.

    ● The furnace body is a double-layer cylindrical structure, and cooling water is introduced into the interlayer;

    ● The heating system includes a stainless steel shell, a full metal heat insulation screen, a heater and a material table;

    ● The vacuum system is designed and configured with an imported vacuum pump according to the requirements of the ultimate vacuum degree;

    ● Closed cooling water circulation system;

    ● The pneumatic system provides working power for each pneumatic valve of this equipment;

    ● The control system implements accurate and reliable control of each component through a programmable controller;

    ● Electric hydraulic forklift is used for loading and unloading outside the furnace.

    product characteristics

    The mesh belt furnace/kiln/oven consists of:
    feeding front room, heating furnace body, water cooling jacket, mesh belt transmission mechanism, electrical control cabinet, ammonia (NH3) decomposition protective gas supply device, etc.
    Furnace body: The outer shell is welded by 4-10mm A3 plain carbon steel plate and 8# steel, and the water jacket is made of 4mm stainless steel plate on the inner wall and 3mm A3 plate on the outer jacket for sealing and welding.

    Furnace/kiln/oven lining:
    The furnace bottom is made of high-aluminum bricks, and the top of the furnace adopts a ceiling-type full-fiber structure. The thickness of the insulation layer is ≥400mm.

    Heating element:
    Material: 0Cr27Al7Mo2, the length direction of the furnace body is divided into multiple furnaces arranged up and down, and placed on the corundum sleeve in a spiral shape. It is easy to disassemble and replace without stopping the furnace.

    Muffle Furnace/kiln/oven:
    It is made of high-quality 10mm (SUS310S) 0Cr25Ni20Si2 heat-resistant steel plate imported from South Africa, which is pressed and welded. The top of the muffle is arched and the bottom is ribbed to ensure low deformation and high strength at high temperature. Multiple air curtains are installed at the front and rear furnace openings, which are made of high-temperature ceramic fiber.
    Temperature control zone: The furnace is divided into 3 heating sections in the length direction. According to the required process temperature setting, the different temperatures of each heating zone can be set and adjusted arbitrarily.

    Furnace/kiln/oven transmission system:
    Japan Fuji frequency conversion speed control technology is adopted to manually adjust the mesh belt speed within a certain range (50-500mm/min) and the transmission is smooth. The furnace must have reliable grounding and good safety, and should have an over-temperature alarm system. It also has power failure protection. In the event of an emergency power outage, the work piece in the furnace can be removed from the furnace.

    Control system of furnace/kiln/oven:
    It consists of air switches, digital display, thyristor controllers, thyristors, fast fuse, relay, electromagnetic speed controllers, etc.
    The control instrument adopts Japan Shimaden digital temperature regulator, and the transmission adopts Japan Fuji digital inverter.

    Installation&Service

    1. To ensure smooth transmission, reduce transmission friction coefficient and noise, and increase the service life of each transmission part of brazing furnace. In order to reduce friction resistance and load during mesh belt transmission, the mesh belt should be equipped with belt support tracks outside the furnace, and slide on it. Reduce the contact surface of the mesh belt and reduce the friction coefficient. Consider installing an adjustable rolling tensioning device at the lower inlet and outlet of the mesh belt.

    2. All welds of brazing furnace are flat and penetrated, and slag inclusion and leakage welding are not allowed. The muffle and water jacket are tested for sealing air pressure leakage to ensure sufficient strength and sealing.

    3. Considering the cooling effect, the inlet and outlet water pipes and water collection tanks should be equipped with appropriate calibers, and a main branch manual valve should be set to facilitate adjustment to reduce or increase the water flow.

    4. Ensure the overall quality of the production line, the transmission of each transmission part is flexible, easy and stable, the connection part is firmly sealed, and the control part is safe and reliable.
