    product introduction

    Oxidation furnace/kiln/oven of Yanneng electric heating is to use the principle of converting electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the polyacrylonitrile precursor, so that the fiber will not melt or burn under high temperature carbonization in the following processing. Oxidation treatment can improve the yield and mechanical properties of carbon fibers and continue to maintain the fiber strength. Yanneng oxidation furnace/kiln/oven is mainly composed of electric heating equipment, temperature control parts, heating chamber and accessories.

    The heating element of Yanneng usually adopts high-efficiency and stable nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire, which has high resistivity and high melting point. When the electric heating furnace is powered on, current passes through the resistance wire, and the resistance wire is heated by the current. The heat will be evenly transferred to the carbon fiber around through the patented air duct designing, with a temperature difference of about ±3 degrees in the whole pre oxidation furnace/kiln/oven chamber.

    Yanneng temperature control device is used to control the temperature of the electric heating furnace/kiln/oven chamber. the temperature control part includes thermistors, thermocouples and temperatures sensors, etc., which can sense the temperature change inside or outside the electric heating furnace and transmit the signal to the control circuit. The control circuit controls the temperature by controlling the on and off of the heating element according to the received signal.

    Furnace/kiln/oven chamber is the space where the electric furnace is used to place precursor fiber to be heated. Yanneng chamber is usually made of high temperature resistant materials, such as stainless steel or ceramic. It has good insulation and thermal conductivity, and can remain stable and safe in high temperature environments.
