The pipe heater consists of two parts: the heater body and the control system. The heating body uses a stainless steel electric heating tube as the heating element. There are multiple guide plates inside the product to guide the medium to fully contact the flange heating core in the heater cavity, prolonging the residence time of the medium in the heating cavity, so that the medium is fully and evenly heated and the heat exchange is improved. After reaching the required temperature, it is sent to the heat-using equipment. The temperature control system of the heater will automatically adjust the power of the heater according to the signal feedback from the temperature sensor at the outlet of the heater, saving energy while ensuring the heating demand. The electronic control system has a built-in overheating protection function. If the temperature sensor in the heater cavity feedbacks that the temperature in the heater cavity is too high or there is an empty burning condition, the power supply will be cut off immediately to prevent the material from deteriorating due to excessive temperature, causing coking, carbonization, and damage to the heating tube due to empty burning, so as to ensure the normal operation of the electric heater.
