Pipeline Flange Electric Heating Elements Heaters

Flange-type electric heating elements utilize a U-shaped tubular heating element. These elements are assembled on a flange cover according to the design specifications for heating different media and the power configuration requirements. Inserted into the material to be heated, the element generates a significant amount of heat, which is transferred to the heated medium, raising its temperature to meet the desired process requirements. They offer a compact structure, a concentrated heating range, and high thermal efficiency. They are characterized by a simple structure, high mechanical strength, high thermal efficiency, safety and reliability, easy installation, and a long service life.
