The pipeline electric heater is composed of multiple tubular electric heating elements, a cylinder, guide plates and other parts. The tubular electric heating element is a high-temperature resistance wire placed in a metal tube, and the gap is tightly filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good insulation and thermal conductivity. The tubular electric heaters are used as the heating element, which has the characteristics of advanced structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

1. High temperature: up to 850℃, the shell temperature is only about 50℃.

2. High thermal efficiency: up to over 90%.

3. The heating and cooling rates are fast: up to 10℃/S, and the adjustment is fast and stable. It eliminates the temperature advancing and lagging, and automatically controls the temperature without drift.

4. Durable: If operated according to the normal process, the service life can reach more than ten years.

5. Stable performance: The heating element is made of special alloy material. Under the impact of high-pressure air flow, it has good mechanical properties and strength and is suitable for long-term continuous heating.

6. Small size: It takes up little space and is suitable for various installation sites.

7. Customizable: The appearance can be designed according to customer requirements, and the power of a single unit can be selected from 2KW to 1000KW.
