The YN-SDL-900 tunnel vulcanizing oven is a customized continuous hot-air vulcanization equipment, tailor-made for customer's silicone and rubber profile extrusion production requirements.

Matching with extrusion machines, this electric mesh-belt tunnel furnace realizes online continuous cross-linking and vulcanization. Raw materials pass through the furnace chamber via conveyor belt and complete uniform curing under stable hot air circulation.

All tunnel vulcanizing furnaces in our factory are fully ODM customized. We design and manufacture exclusive chamber size, heating zones, power and running speed according to customers' actual product size, extrusion speed and vulcanization process.

This tunnel vulcanizing furnace adopts closed hot-air circulation heating design, equipped with 6 independent heating zones for segmented temperature control. Each zone is fitted with circulating fans to form uniform hot airflow inside the chamber and guarantee stable vulcanization quality for long-time continuous production.
