Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank Factory in China - High-Quality TEG Solution Cleaner Suppliers

Introducing our advanced cleaning tank designed for efficiency and reliability, featuring a robust stainless steel cylindrical body that holds a triethylene glycol (TEG) solution. As a leading manufacturer in China, our factory employs state-of-the-art technology to ensure optimal cleaning performance. The tank is complemented by a cooling jacket that effectively cools the TEG solution post-cleaning, while insulation between the cooling jacket and the outer cladding enhances energy efficiency, Equipped with essential features, our cleaning tank includes a heater mounting port, a waste discharge outlet, and designated jacket cooling water inlets and outlets for seamless operation. The lid and condenser, also made from high-quality stainless steel, facilitate the vaporization and condensation of TEG. Cooling water circulates through the condenser to ensure that vaporized TEG is efficiently condensed and returned to the cleaning tank, Our innovative design also incorporates a built-in secondary condensation recovery unit, which captures a portion of the vaporized TEG, reducing consumption and minimizing environmental impact. This ensures safe working conditions under normal pressure and high temperatures. Trust our expert team of suppliers in China for top-notch cleaning solutions tailored to your needs

    Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank Features

    Electric Heating

A flanged stainless steel heater directly inserted into the TEG solution for heating, using a "Y" connection.

    Custom Basket

Holds the parts being cleaned. We can design and manufacture custom parts to meet specific requirements.

    Automatic Control

Automatically controlled by a Japanese "Fuji" temperature controller. The main circuit is controlled by a solid-state relay with an over-temperature alarm. The operating time is adjusted by a time relay. Once the designated operating program is entered into the instrument, the equipment automatically operates without manual intervention and automatically shuts down at the end of the program.

    Cleaning Process

    Step 1: Preparation & Loading

Parts contaminated with synthetic fiber and polymers are placed in the basket and placed in the cleaning tank when the TEG solution reaches room temperature or before it reaches 100°C.

    Step 2: Heating & Boiling

The temperature is then raised while the condenser is opened to supply cooling water. The parts being cleaned are allowed to boil in the cleaning tank for several hours. After cooling to 100°C, the furnace lid is opened and the parts are removed.

Step 3: Rinsing, Ultrasonic Cleaning & Drying

After draining the TEG solution, the parts are then rinsed in an alkaline solution, then rinsed with water, and then ultrasonically cleaned. The qualified parts are blown dry with compressed air or dried in an oven and packaged for later use.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: How is the TEG solution heated in the cleaning tank?

The solution is heated using a flanged stainless steel heater that is directly inserted into the TEG solution, operating via a "Y" connection.

Q2: Can the cleaning basket be customized for specific parts?

Yes. We can custom design and manufacture the basket to fit and support your specific parts and cleaning requirements.

Q3: Is the operation of the cleaning tank manual or automatic?

It is fully automatic. Once the cleaning program is set in the Japanese "Fuji" temperature controller, the equipment runs without manual intervention and shuts down automatically when the program finishes.

Q4: At what temperature should parts be loaded into the TEG solution?

Parts should be loaded into the basket and placed into the cleaning tank when the TEG solution is at room temperature or before it reaches a maximum of 100°C.

Q5: What safety controls are in place during the heating process?

The system features a main circuit controlled by a solid-state relay and includes an over-temperature alarm to ensure safe operation.

Q6: What are the post-cleaning steps after the TEG solution is drained?

After draining the TEG solution, parts are rinsed in an alkaline solution, rinsed with water, and then undergo final ultrasonic cleaning. They are then dried with compressed air or in an oven before packaging.
