    Automatically controlled by a Japanese "Fuji" temperature controller. The main circuit is controlled by a solid-state relay with an over-temperature alarm. The operating time is adjusted by a time relay. Once the designated operating program is entered into the instrument, the equipment automatically operates without manual intervention and automatically shuts down at the end of the program.

    Cleaning Process Steps
    Step 1: Preparation & Loading

    Parts contaminated with synthetic fiber and polymers are placed in the basket and placed in the cleaning tank when the TEG solution reaches room temperature or before it reaches 100°C.

    Step 2: Heating & Boiling

    The temperature is then raised while the condenser is opened to supply cooling water. The parts being cleaned are allowed to boil in the cleaning tank for several hours.

    Step 3: Cooling & Removal

    After cooling to 100°C, the furnace lid is opened and the parts are removed.

    Step 4: Rinsing & Ultrasonic Cleaning

    After draining the TEG solution, the parts are then rinsed in an alkaline solution, then rinsed with water, and then ultrasonically cleaned.

    Step 5: Drying & Packaging

    The qualified parts are blown dry with compressed air or dried in an oven and packaged for later use.
