Horizontal Vertical Cabinet Well Type Vacuum Calciner - Advanced Cleaning Equipment from China Suppliers and Factory

,

The vacuum calciner is a cutting-edge solution designed for cleaning chemical fiber components and filter elements. As a leading product from China, this advanced equipment caters to the cleaning of standard and shaped spinnerets used in polyester, nylon, and polypropylene fiber production, as well as fine and ultrafine denier spinneret assembly housings. It also excels in cleaning filter elements, making it a superior choice compared to traditional calcination, fluidized bed cleaning, TEG alcoholysis cleaning, and salt bath cleaning methods. The vacuum calciner effectively eliminates issues associated with open flames, excessive temperatures, and indoor pollution within the cleaning chamber.

,

Utilizing a sealed chamber, this innovative vacuum calciner creates a vacuum environment with limited fresh air, enabling chemical fiber polymers to undergo cracking and coking under low oxygen conditions. The temperature within the chamber is consistently regulated within the specified process range, ensuring optimal cleaning results. The equipment guarantees that cleaned components retain a pristine surface and smooth spinneret holes. Notably, the pressure applied to filter elements during the vacuum cleaning process is significantly lower than that used in TEG alcoholysis cleaning methods, extending the service life of cleaned filter elements.

,

Moreover, the low oxygen content in the vacuum chamber minimizes the risk of damage and oxidation to the metallographic structure of workpieces, preserving their original metallic luster. Our users have the flexibility to select various cleaning procedures tailored to their specific processing needs. Choose our vacuum calciner, a product from a trusted factory and supplier in China, to elevate your cleaning processes today.

    Vacuum Calciner Working Principles

The vacuum calcining furnace utilizes the characteristics of chemical fiber polymers that can melt at around 300℃, crack and coke when isolated from air above 300℃, and produce a variety of cracking products. Above 400℃, in the presence of a small amount of oxygen and a certain vacuum condition, they can be completely oxidized.

Step 1: Polymer Melting & Collection (At ~300℃)

Taking advantage of this characteristic, the workpiece is first heated to around 300℃, so that the large amount of polymer on the workpiece surface melts and flows into the waste collection tank at the bottom, leaving only a small amount of polymer and ash in the micropores on the workpiece surface.

Step 2: Vacuum Oxidation (At 400-500℃)

At this time, the furnace temperature is raised to 400-500℃ (the temperature can be set according to process requirements), and the vacuum pump is turned on and a small amount of air is introduced to fully oxidize the remaining polymer to produce carbon dioxide and water.

    Step 3: Eco-Friendly Washing & Discharge

The ash and water vapor floating in the furnace are sprayed and washed by the vacuum pump through a water spray scrubber and then pumped out of the furnace and carried away by water. The entire working process does not emit any polluting gas, and the smoke and ash are discharged outdoors. Even if discharged outdoors, only a small amount of carbon dioxide is discharged, and the ash carried away by the water is also very small.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What temperature is required to melt chemical fiber polymers in the furnace?

The chemical fiber polymers on the workpiece surface typically melt at around 300℃. At this temperature, the bulk of the polymer melts and flows directly into the waste collection tank located at the bottom of the furnace.

How does the vacuum calciner remove remaining polymer inside the micropores?

Once the bulk polymer is drained, the furnace temperature is increased to 400-500℃. By activating the vacuum pump and introducing a small amount of air, the remaining polymer inside the micropores is fully oxidized into carbon dioxide and water.

What happens to the polymers when they are isolated from air above 300℃?

When isolated from air at temperatures above 300℃, the chemical fiber polymers will crack and coke, generating various cracking products that can later be oxidized at higher temperatures.

How are ash and water vapor cleaned and discharged from the furnace?

Floating ash and water vapor are sucked out by the vacuum pump and pass through a water spray scrubber where they are sprayed and washed. The clean vapor is then pumped out of the furnace, and the remaining ash is safely carried away by the water.

Does the vacuum calcining process cause environmental pollution?

No, the entire process is highly eco-friendly. It does not emit any polluting gases. The only outdoor emissions are a small amount of carbon dioxide, and the amount of ash carried away by the scrubber water is extremely minimal.
