Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank Cleaner from China Suppliers and Factory - Efficient TEG Solution with Condenser System

Introducing our advanced cleaning tank, expertly designed for efficient operation in various industrial applications. This state-of-the-art cleaning tank features a durable stainless steel cylindrical body filled with triethylene glycol (TEG) solution, ensuring optimal cleaning performance. To enhance efficiency, a cooling jacket encases the tank, actively cooling the TEG solution post-cleaning. Insulation between the cooling jacket and the outer cladding effectively maintains temperature, contributing to energy savings, Our cleaning tank also incorporates essential features, including a heater mounting port, a waste discharge outlet, and jacket cooling water inlet and outlet. The stainless steel lid and condenser play a crucial role in the system, allowing cooling water to flow through the condenser, where it condenses vaporized TEG back into the tank. A portion of this vapor is directed to a built-in secondary condensation recovery unit, minimizing TEG consumption while preventing environmental pollution, As a leading supplier in China, our factory prioritizes safety and efficiency, providing a product that operates under normal pressure and high temperatures, ensuring safe working conditions. Trust our cleaning tank to meet your industrial cleaning needs while supporting sustainable practices

    Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank Introduction

    Electric Heating

A flanged stainless steel heater directly inserted into the TEG solution for heating, using a "Y" connection.

    Basket

Holds the parts being cleaned. We can design and manufacture custom parts to meet specific requirements.

    Control

Automatically controlled by a Japanese "Fuji" temperature controller. The main circuit is controlled by a solid-state relay with an over-temperature alarm. The operating time is adjusted by a time relay. Once the designated operating program is entered into the instrument, the equipment automatically operates without manual intervention and automatically shuts down at the end of the program.

    Cleaning Process

    1
    Preparation & Loading

Parts contaminated with synthetic fiber and polymers are placed in the basket and placed in the cleaning tank when the TEG solution reaches room temperature or before it reaches 100°C.

    2
    Heating & Boiling

The temperature is then raised while the condenser is opened to supply cooling water. The parts being cleaned are allowed to boil in the cleaning tank for several hours. After cooling to 100°C, the furnace lid is opened and the parts are removed.

    3
    Post-Cleaning & Drying

After draining the TEG solution, the parts are then rinsed in an alkaline solution, then rinsed with water, and then ultrasonically cleaned. The qualified parts are blown dry with compressed air or dried in an oven and packaged for later use.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What type of heating system does the cleaning tank use?

The equipment utilizes an electric heating system featuring a flanged stainless steel heater directly inserted into the TEG solution, using a "Y" connection.

Q: Can the cleaning basket be customized?

Yes, we can design and manufacture custom baskets to meet the specific requirements of the parts being cleaned.

Q: How is the cleaning temperature and runtime controlled?

The system is automatically controlled by a Japanese "Fuji" temperature controller. The main circuit is managed by a solid-state relay with an over-temperature alarm, and the operating time is adjusted via a time relay. Once programmed, it operates and shuts down automatically.

Q: At what temperature should parts be loaded into the TEG solution?

Parts contaminated with synthetic fiber and polymers should be placed in the basket and inserted into the cleaning tank when the TEG solution is at room temperature or before it reaches 100°C.

Q: What is the post-cleaning process after boiling in the TEG solution?

After draining the TEG solution, the parts are rinsed in an alkaline solution, rinsed with water, and then ultrasonically cleaned. Finally, they are blown dry with compressed air or dried in an oven before packaging.
