Control, Safety & Environmental Systems
Control System
Human machine interface, PLC automatic programming temperature control. The furnace runs automatically once configured without human assistance and cuts off automatically when the programming ends. All equipment is controlled by a micro computer in the electric cabinet. Communication ports support remote control and remote alarm functions.
Safety & Over Temperature Protection
Equipped with an internal pressure relief device to safely relieve inside pressure in case of fire due to pressure loss. If the temperature exceeds 10℃ above the limit, the system cuts off power and stops heating. If the water supply is interrupted or water pressure falls below the set value, the vacuum pump stops, control power is automatically cut off, and an alarm is triggered.
Exhaust & Wastewater Disposal
Exhaust air disposal is controlled by PLC, and the equipment is fully equipped with exhaust gas disposal. Meets national wastewater emission standards: <Emission Standards of pollutants for synthetic industrial resin> (GB31572-2015) Form 1 "indirect emission" standards, and quality water requirements by wastewater treatment plants in industry clusters. Wastewater is centrally treated and discharged by the customer's wastewater treatment system.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the operating temperature limit and precision of the furnace?
The furnace has an adjustable operating temperature range from normal room temperature up to 600℃, with a design temperature of 600℃. The temperature precision is maintained within ±1℃.
How does the automatic control system work?
The equipment features a human-machine interface and PLC automatic programming. Once set up, the furnace runs automatically without human assistance and shuts off when the programming ends. It also supports remote control and alarms via communication ports.
What happens during an over-temperature or water supply failure?
If the temperature rises 10℃ above the limit, the system cuts off power and stops heating. If the water supply is interrupted or water pressure drops below the set value, the vacuum pump stops, control power is cut off, and an alarm is triggered.
What environmental standards does the wastewater discharge meet?
The wastewater discharge meets the national GB31572-2015 "Emission Standards of pollutants for synthetic industrial resin" Form 1 "indirect emission" standards, as well as the water quality requirements of wastewater treatment plants in industrial clusters.
What are the dimensions and loading capacity of the chamber?
The furnace chamber dimensions are φ600×1200mm, with an overall equipment dimension of 2500×1200×1600 mm. The maximum inside rack loading capacity is 300KG.
