Thermal Fluid Heater Features
1. The interior is constructed of SUS304 stainless steel with a reinforced steel frame.
2. The exterior is constructed of SPCC steel with a powder-coated finish.
3. The insulation is made of high-density fiber cotton for excellent thermal insulation.
4. The temperature control is a PID microcomputer with automatic calculations, simultaneous PV/SV display, and push-button settings, allowing for any temperature between room and maximum.
5. Timer settings: 0.01 seconds to 9999 hours (optional settings in hours, minutes, or seconds). When the temperature reaches a certain level, the heating current is cut off (and an alarm is activated).
6. Forced horizontal and vertical air circulation.
7. Efficient and reliable: Excellent design and control ensure process repeatability and stability.
