Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank cleaner

The cleaning tank consists of a stainless steel cylindrical body filled with triethylene glycol (TEG) solution. A cooling jacket is installed outside the tank to cool the TEG solution after cleaning. Insulation is filled between the cooling jacket and the outer cladding. The tank is equipped with a heater mounting port, a waste discharge outlet, and a jacket cooling water inlet and outlet.

Lid and Condenser: Both the lid and condenser are made of stainless steel. Cooling water flows through the condenser to condense the vaporized TEG, which then flows back into the cleaning tank. A small amount of the vaporized TEG flows into a built-in secondary condensation recovery unit. This reduces TEG consumption, eliminates environmental pollution, and ensures safe working conditions at normal pressure and high temperature.

    Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank Introduction

Electric Heating: A flanged stainless steel heater directly inserted into the TEG solution for heating, using a "Y" connection.
Basket: Holds the parts being cleaned. We can design and manufacture custom parts to meet specific requirements.
Control: Automatically controlled by a Japanese "Fuji" temperature controller. The main circuit is controlled by a solid-state relay with an over-temperature alarm. The operating time is adjusted by a time relay. Once the designated operating program is entered into the instrument, the equipment automatically operates without manual intervention and automatically shuts down at the end of the program.
Cleaning Process: Parts contaminated with synthetic fiber and polymers are placed in the basket and placed in the cleaning tank when the TEG solution reaches room temperature or before it reaches 100°C.
The temperature is then raised while the condenser is opened to supply cooling water. The parts being cleaned are allowed to boil in the cleaning tank for several hours. After cooling to 100°C, the furnace lid is opened and the parts are removed.
After draining the TEG solution, the parts are then rinsed in an alkaline solution, then rinsed with water, and then ultrasonically cleaned. The qualified parts are blown dry with compressed air or dried in an oven and packaged for later use.
